	Prices shown are for one week.
	Please contact us for prices for short breaks or tenancies.
	Prices include all bedding, heating and electricity, but exclude towels.
	changeover day is on a Saturday, but alternative days maybe available.

Somerset Court Cottages Full Week Tariffs for 2012.

We are able to take switch, debit and credit card bookings over the telephone.

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, the balance becomes due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Additional Costs.

~ Folding bed £14.00 per week : Cot - no charge.
~ Towels (1 bath and 1 hand) - £3.00 per person.
~ Laundry, £5.00 per load wash and dry.
~ Pets, £14.00 per week per dog.

General Cottage Information.

~ Each cottage has a seating area outside & adjoins a further communal garden area with a BBQ available.
~ A car parking space is provided for each cottage.
~ Bed linen is included in the price.
~ All electricity and heating charges are included in the prices quoted.
~ Each cottage has a DVD player as standard.
~ VCR Video Recorders are also available, subject to availability (please request at the time of booking).

~ Guests are asked to provide their own towels, although these can be provided at a small cost.
~ Laundry facilities are available on request, at a small charge for those cottages without a washer / dryer.

~ Well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement.
~ Smoking is not permitted in the cottages.
~ Short breaks are available outside the main holiday months.
